Breezy's new neck tattoo is not Rihanna's face in any way shape or form. Chris' rep explain ''His tattoo is a sugar skull, associated with the Mexican celebration of the day of the dead, and a MAC cosmetics design he saw. In Chris's defense, the tattoo artist also spoke out by saying CB brought him the ''sugar skull'' picture. I think everybody knows Chris Brown or Rihanna never wanna relive that night or have a picture of it.
