Beauty of The Week Lana Del Rey

Lana Del Rey was born June 21, 1986 by the name Elizabeth Woolridge Grant. The beautiful young star is an singer, songwriter and model, that grew up in Lake Placid, NY. At the age of 18 Rey would hit bars in New York to showcase her voice. In 2011 Lana wrote Videos Games with a composer called Justin Parker and uploaded her video of the song on YouTube. Videos Games became a viral hit, the response was amazing and Del Rey singned a joint deal with Interscope and Polydor.

Who said Rey can't sing live?

One word comes to mind when hearing Lana Del Rey's Born to Die......masterpiece (A work of outstanding music)! Released on January 31, 2012, the very popular single Video Games was included on Born to Die, which also featured four other singles such as, Born to Die, Summertime Sadness, National Anthem & Blue Jeans.
